Looks good. Nice to see WPL spreading the word instead of Ted trying to rev up some interest.
The presentation also detailed debt funding available going forward at 55% gearing. The $'s available increase significantly towards 2005-06. This was interesting as it also said that reserve replacement would be enhanced by "acquisitions within available debt capacity ... in focus areas". Mauritania is a focus area so this might point towards a move on HDR further down the track - as late as 2006 perhaps.
We should expect announcements from the JV soon I would think. Unknowns remain what they plan for Banda and whether they will be doing the "development/test" well on Chinguetti.
