Interesting idea about HDR selling part of Ching, but I recall Ted being stating clearly in the last corporate file interview that they had no plans to do this, but were looking to sell down their equity in some of the other blocks like 1 and 2.

Still, HDR need to raise more cash or farm-out or sell down - I'm not too sure which I would prefer. I think a capital raising in the UK is likely.
