Actually noticed that the Avima deposit (north west congo)owned by Core Mining (glencore in april became a shareholder) is planning production of 20Mtpa in 2015 but makes no mention of how its going to get to the market. Its location is close to the Sundance railway so surely it would be in their interest to pay half the costs to build it. go figure.
