Some of the key points also were:the U.S. expects to import 25% of it's future oil requirements from Africa,more than the Middle East,and they are presently siting military bases in Africa,against strong Chinese competition ,to protect their extensive oil interests in this fast progressing resource for oil importation. Clearly these moves will remove much of the political uncertainty ,without which HDR would be twice their present price.I can wait ,revenue stream getting close,at roughly twice most broker's best estimates.
