TLG is worth a research. couple of SHALLOW high grade intersections, tiny mcap,cash $3.9 mil, and only 40.35 mil shares on issue. in recent annual meeting, board/shareholders have voted for a provision 'Approval of Proportional Takeover'. i'm no expert but i sense a new shareholder (cornerstone investor) may appear in registry pretty soon.
