Ha , so it is ! . That was a great call then, back in 2009 just before west african gold stocks multibagged.
Perhaps history shall repeat and the article is still as relevant as it was back then. The gold and prospectivity in the area has not gone away.
Word is that the cost of doing business over there is on the decline again, for production but especially for exploration. Keep an eye on PRU's quarterlies for evidence of this. A good benchmark for new west african producers.
