Any thoughts on WPL establishing a west african hub and what that means beyond current Senegal interest?
Back in August 2016 a Letter of Intent was signed by APCL with an undisclosed oiler.

Subject to APCL getting extension to their lience of 12 months there is subsequent mention in january of wells to be drilled in these adjacent blocks late 2017 early 2018.
WPL mentioned another $1B potential capital purchase late last year (need to go look where exactly) ....is APCL part of that I wonder?
