Interesting. 'Strong deep water drilling experience' and 'Strong Balance Sheet' rules out FAR.... despite what the pompoms might proffer... could still be WPL, but really I think the odour of Timmis, and the strained PSCs may have put them well off... more likely mid tier Asian or Nordic oiler imo. DYOR
