I dont think it rules FAR out when you look at how weak APCL balance sheet is. Strong is not a specific number and FAR have the $8M up front and ability to farm-down to get wells done. It might all be relative to APCL balance sheet. It could hopefully be WPL though, or a range of other potential hopefuls. Even if it is FAR it might be WPL they farm-down to get the wells done in Gambia. If the deal doesn't get stitched up in 8 weeks we may never know.
