DVM International Limited to acquire equity in 4 West African projects
DVM International Limited (“DVM”) is pleased to advise that it has signed a Heads of Agreement with unlisted Sphere Petroleum QSC (“Sphere”) to acquire a 20% equity in that company’s four West African exploration permits.
DVM has an option which must be exercised by 31 December 2008 to increase its equity in these areas to 50%.
fifth project is granted to Sphere, DVM also has an option to acquire equity in that West African project. If granted, details on this area will be made public at the time of DVM acquiring equity in this project.
Two of the subject areas projects are situated offshore Guinea Bissau while the other two are located onshore Mali.
