what do they need up to $100M for, for a BFS that is not due for completion until the 2nd half of 09?

If this article is in fact true, it seems very strange what is going on here, unless the detrital is a no go and thus the enevitable fall in SP at least for the short term would make a fund raising even less attractive?

Surely this cant be it, otherwise the market needs to be updated ASAP re the detrital results?
