    B&B's culture is one of a short term view which encourages huge fee gouging.

    In a low interest environment this slipped past the keeper.

    Today, in the middle of a credit squeeze, there is no getting away with it.

    What would have been part of their culture is no longer acceptable behaviour - not that it ever was!
