Yes it's an unusual thesis, weird even, if not just crazy, and all coming from an anonymous poster on HC who has internet access, and who is a self-confessed shill for fossil fuel industries.

the poster's hypothesis is that those gases known the world over to be greenhouse gases actually don't have a greenhouse effect.

this is the typical mind of climate change denier/contrarian: up is down, black is white, greenhouse gases aren't greenhouse gases.

all assertions of these fringe dwellers of course are based on a frightful combo of ignorance and arrogance and essentially boil down to this: "Because I Said So."

one can only feel sorry for the scared denier/contrarian, craving certainty, they're happy to clingon to any passing conspiracy theory. They suddenly find special 'knowledge' to support their fantasy and so think this gives them some moral high ground. there is zero evidence of critical thinking.

if you do question the denier/contrarian expect only an emotional response because in doing so you've threatened the illusory safe harbour they've created for themselves.

    just watch.
