Hi sokrates I would say jamesdenis is probably partialy correct. Another point is that Hanlong will have to come up with a fair bit of coin to first purchase SDLs tennaments (the .57c bid). Then the rest enabaling them to fund the project = (mining permits). This will be a combination between the steel mills, rail developers and Chinese government.This will take time and Hanlong have now got months to pull it together. This will all come together as they REALY WANT THIS and the government will not let this slip through their fingers especially by another suitor.
