I actually think it’s in Morgans/Hartleys interests to get the options in the money. Gives them an arbitrage opportunity.
Will reduce dilution for them and retailers since it will reduce the size of the cap raise. Better for everyone if the cap raise is done above 10c for any balance of funds needed from options not exercised.
