Despite my comments in relation to contributions for maintenance for road haulage and agreeing in relation to the fact that it is extremely unlikely PLS will gain access to rail, I can't see what the issue is?
Any CEO worth two bob will have this covered in the DFS and haulage costs will not be an issue for this project!
