I have posted below the full paragraph that you are misconstruing. Please when using quotation marks use the actual words. Eg your “might have to” is not the same as “may look to”.

Also you reason of “due to the possible size” is not what the paragraph said. Their reasoning presented related to the attributes of the company (and generic at that), not the attributes of the field. I don’t think they are correct either. Imo both Quadrant and more so Sanotos now, have the necessary scale and expertise (or at least access to them).
