Europe Gas Shortage thier storage at 15% going into winter.
Two major factors could effect this.Europe will run out.
- Russian massing troops on thier boarder with forget the country
- bad cold winter as expected
USA has over supply of gas but shortage in export terminals they are building only two new ones
