More or less what i was hearing. Going to be paid with by stock, itd will all be interested to see out it pans out, as I said before with the guys who are involved with poeple sat there, if they take a personal interest in the stock then this will become a media hot pottatoe. Also cash flows will be excellent, looks like a real "go for it deal". And a chance for some real attention and a real revalue of the stock is possible, look at iin value on paper, then do the figures here. Time will tell, but i feel this deal is absolutely excellent.
