BBI Rail Extension
The BBI Rail bill will be coming up in the WA parliament again soon for the extension.
The current agreement expires 31 March 2022.
As was required before previous extensions, this particular item below is what's most significant:
"(a) furnish to the Minister's reasonable satisfaction evidence of: (i) the financial capability of the Company to undertake the operations to which the said proposals refer;"
