I wonder if BBI have actually applied to the WA Government for another extension of the Railways Bill and on what basis. If BBI has applied for another extension (and the basis for the extension) would be material information regarding Flinders PIOP development and details should be announced by Flinders as you suggest. If there has been no request for another extension that would also be material information and, I would suggest, have a serious impact consequences for the JV. It is certainly well beyond time for a JVA progress update to the market. Minimal snippets in the quarterlies is just not good enough.

Management 101. Develop and agree a plan with timelines. Communicate they plan and timeline to stakeholders. Execute the plan and show progress against timeline tasks. Keep all stakeholders informed of progress, revisions and matters that may impact completion on time and budget.
