Well put PS, but doesn't the current Rail Agreement extension run until October 2022.

As WRX stated this present situation with the WA Government is a half year review from the previously granted extension to ensure BBIG has the capability to complete this transaction.

Surely they wouldn't be that cheeky as to ask for another extension with 6 months to run on the existing.

My belief is that the WA Government have almost run out of patience with this crew and will look to other more substantial parties to get another port option if BBIG cannot perform by October 2022.
