That is like stating I will be more likely to commit crime in summer if I have a tan.
Skin color is not the issue I bet the nine criminals had a low level of intelligence which tends to be a factor that predisposes people to crime and their probability of being caught plus I bet they all had a lower than average level of morality .
IF you are inadvertently assuming a particular ethnicity is causing a crime then guess that could be construed as being racist if there is an undertone that they are by nature criminally more orientated with out any facts to back the assertion up . , or it could be just an observation .
It is a fact though that certain races are less intelligent than others on average , Caucasians are less intelligent on average than Chinese , Japanese and Koreans .
Far less crime in Japan than in Australia .
