I've been reluctantly digesting the news since it's release. Like most holders, I'm very disappointed with the proposed issue. If we broke down the assets for a fire sale so to speak, I'm sure we'd have a good $7 million left after debts are paid. The proposed restructure basically gives the company away at our expense as a few of us have expressed. I stand to loose an absolute packet once this comes back on. Here I was thinking Armitage turned the company around single handed. How wrong ! ... I agree with 6699, all board members must go bar Armitage. I'm sure all of us on this thread could turn in a profit with the revenue this company generates! ... Bad management is an understatement !
