    patience is a virtue... it takes alot of admin work on the companies behalf to finalise a placement and release the final announcement of confirmation. They have to have all of the investor's and the insto's finalised as often some pull out at the last minute if they arent happy with the price of the placement as opposed to the current trading market price. So it will be last minute all clears before they release the announcement.
