I just got an email with the following.
"My broker rang to ask how many shares I wanted in the placement[he confirmed it still at 18c]!! Don’t think will lift t/h till Monday,as various dealers have to bid for their clients ,ie put in the orders!"
Can I change my bid in the placement contest to 18c?
