Texas Onshore Resources, Inc. holds a 20 percent operating interest (WI) in project Port Hudson. The project is about 160 American acres of high quality 3D seismic data and well log into an existing well. The Port Hudson project is located approximately 15 miles north of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, in Port Hudson field. The well was drilled in 2009 to enable it to test the deeper Wilcox formation. As it was found that the Wilcox formation was not economic productiv the owners selected not to test the remaining formations due to the then lower oil price. Which has given us a fantastic opportunity for a relatively low risk to complete the well for production. Well log shows two productive formations and the operator estimates that the well can give a total production volume of about 100 000 barrels of oil worth $ 7 million (about 47 million SEK). The operator will test the two formations in the second quarter of 2012.

Texas Onshore Resources, Inc. hereby offers to the public to invest in the Port Hudson project. Included is geological fees, leases with rights down to 9 850 feet, testing of the below specified formation and completion of this well.
