Looking in to the RMA "about us"...
They appear to be newly established, newly funded but will need a great deal more funding to proceed.
CEO Ken Tregonning is ex AED and CVN. You would have to hope that this turns out better then Puffin but if nothing else he has a successful track record in getting funding.
