    Matthew Stevens is an infuriating commentator who touches all bases without resolution or facts.

    None of what he suggests is going to keep Dow or IPL open and running - they need plentiful and inexpensive gas. Maybe the agenda is to close domestic users so the gas chillers can export their joules.

    While high gas prices suit CTP holders, high pipeline transport costs do not. Time for our chair and acting CEO to play politics and do some cartel-busting.
