    Mr Vega said Australia needs to take a "holistic" approach, re-examining "everything from extraction and permitting and use-it-or-lose-it type models that are available in other countries all the way to storage and strategic reserves, and open access pipelines" so that marginal supply projects can deliver gas to any customer across the country.
