SOA rebates may be a while yet
The court case to prevent SOA issuing Bonds to pay down the credits owed, may get a decision before end of this month. Should the SOA lose the case; then I suspect incremental draw down will continue until the loan is cleared. The increase in POO has seen the SOA coffers being topped up, will it be enough? Should the SOA succeed in getting the Bonds approved, then the payment will possibly come in in full prior to SOA financial year end in June 2019.
