Talks between Sundance and Hanlong about the Three Options on 15th July 2011.

Full takeover for Sundance made by Hanlong on July 17th 2011.

Late June 2011. Potential Partners and a number of Chinese Banks had visited the operations in Central Africa to finalise due diligence and follow up on discussions that had been held in China and Africa.

Moreover,Sundance said it had shortlisted the preferred potential partners and had entered into commercial negotiations.
At the same time,Sundance claims it will continue its advanced discussions with potential strategic partners in relation to possible (Joint Venture), Financing and Off-Take arrangements to develop the Mbalam iron ore project.

Sundance shares were at $0.40 cents and went up 9 cents to 49 cents on the announcement of the Hanlong take over offer.

In the same week Hanlong had made a take over offer for Bannerman refused for a three month exclusivity period in which to conduct due diligence and said the proposal had been timed to take advantage of the company's low share price.

Bannerman said it would hold discussions with Hanlong,(but would also advance its Joint-Venture discussions).

Bannerman also like Sundance were in Joint Venture Discussions with other Company's.

Hanlong said they were made aware that Sundance were getting ready to sign up with others just prior to the 15th of July 2011,and they needed to make a move to take over Sundance before others did.

Other reports were put out by Sundance about these talks and Joint Venture Partnerships,Financing and Off-Take Agreements.
