capex is minor when several deposits share the costs or pay haulage. Its the expensive deposits that will have to go into care and maintenance. Profits for SDL, Core mining , Equatorial,etc will still be good enough even with an I/O price of $70. Mind you when the majority of export supply is concentrated with 4 players they are hardly going to let the chinese/indians get I/O for less than $100.
