IMO once GC joined the team it became a Chinese only deal.

I believe the JV was a clear option that SDL turned their back on once the Talbot stake was sold. GC was adamant in pursuing the deal with China from there onwards. Look at our timeline of events and a pattern of delay tactics has been endured by allot of retail share holders.

The board would have presumed retail investors would give up and succumb to this. Much to their disappointment we haven't.

Sadly China are still in the drivers seat with this one.

Patience and perseverance is the key to this one if your a LT holder
