I must confess I don't know much about takeovers, but the sooner this is over and done with the better. BRM can't conduct business as usual when it has this cloud hanging over it.

However, is it possible that Wah Nam can extend the takeover period by a further month from 16 Fab, and just continue to apply one month extensions beyond that, or is there a limit to how long a takeover process can run? I'd hate to see them have the ability to drag this out.
