So the first 15% of the road is going ahead (I guess that's what 'state funding set aside' means).
This one comes across as weird, like the long road was cancelled, but I have not heard that elsewhere.
And from the complainers:
It sounds like the first 15% is a more expensive portion of the road.
And they look to be using NVA images:
From memory, the snow road does not come from that area, so I guess the first 15% would not benefit the snow road, but it should increase the odds of the rest of the road being built.
