    Just to clarify the above. See the Nova announcement below released to the ASX on 9 August 2023. As stated above, the 1st 15 miles is the most expensive part of the road as it has the biggest bridge over the river. As we announced below, State funding has now been set aside for this portion of the road in the 2024-27 State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) with construction set to start, subject to permits, in 2025. This part of the road will be open to all Alaskans and open up the other side of the river to recreation, subsistence and other resource harvesting opportunities as well as enable access for the remainder of the road out to the mining district. The 2nd part of the road, which commences where the above 15 miles stops, and concludes out by the Whiskey Bravo camp, is still progressing, but this portion of the road is still being handled by the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority (“AIDEA”).

    So to conclude: The full road out to the mining district is still progressing. The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) under the STIP, AIDEA and the State of Alaska, are all working in conjunction on the same permitting process to build the full access road out to Whiskey Bravo in the same time frame. The only difference is that rather than ADIEA being responsible for the whole road, the 1st 15 miles are now funded by the State and ADEIA is now only working on the last 95 miles or so of the road. Hope this clarifies any misconceptions here.
