Quick update here.. the vote on Phase III was delayed until next meeting on 21st December.
The meeting can be viewed at this link. There was quite a bit of public objection during the audience participation starting at around 1hr6m, with presentation from AIDEA and then debate on the road starting at around 2h25m until around 3h50m.
