if the company sells part of the asset, it won't be nearly worth as much in the next bull market and this will end up becoming a life style company (not if it already isn't)
offtakes are years away
management should have raised $5M at 10 cents when they had the chance earlier in the year. they kept waiting for a lotto ticket (market turnaround) and now the share price is at all time lows.
no progress made since the IPO - resource estimate still the same, no PEA, and no cash in the bank
