Some old Jap power station gets a bit of flooding and some people in a fantasy land think that translates to everyone will want to close down their nuclear power industry.
It did not work when "Friends Of The Earth" blockaded Darwin docks yelling ... Pig Iron Bob, Yellow Cake Bob ... in response to Bob Hawke allowing Roxby Downs produce to go overseas.
It won't work today.
