WESTCOAST EXPANDS TO EAST COAST

PERTH, AUSTRALIA - 1 May 2014: SUDA LTD (ASX: SUD) today announced that its fully
owned subsidiary, Westcoast Surgical and Medical Supplies Pty Ltd (Westcoast), is
expanding to the East coast. This new market for Westcoast could increase annual
revenue by $3 – 4 million.
Westcoast is a sales and logistics operation for medical devices and consumables, based
in Western Australia (WA). Three of Westcoast’s national clients, including a Federal
Government funded organisation, have encouraged the company to supply them both in
WA and on the East coast. Westcoast is establishing a warehouse in Brisbane together
with distribution capabilities on the Eastern seaboard to service this demand and source
new business.
Commenting on Westcoast’s news, Mr Stephen Carter, Chief Executive Officer of SUDA
said: “Westcoast continues to perform well. It is now making a significant cash flow
contribution to the financial sustainability of SUDA Ltd. I am excited by the opportunity on
the East coast. The demand from our existing customers alone justifies the expansion. We
expect the Brisbane-based operations to be a key growth driver for Westcoast in FY2015."
