The simple message for SAMSUNG dont bother tendering for any project in this country. If any CEO of any contracting firm agrees to do subcontract for this company,he should be sacked.The essential point of difference appears to be what price is agreed to at the beginning of the contract,and what price they are willing to pay once work has been completed. Play this game somewhere else.
