Is Duncan Gay serious? considering giving the Westconnex contract to a consortium that includes Samsung C & T??? ...

Doesn't he realise the unconscionable behaviour Samsung C & T has demonstrated in it's operation of the Roy Hill contract, particularly the extreme efforts it has gone to to attempt to avoid paying the legitimate invoices of contractors such as NWH and others.

Samsung C & T's Roy Hill project fiasco has surely damaged its corporate reputation sufficiently to make the NSW government extremely cautious about using them?

So Samsung C & T is trying to crush Aussie contractors, and aussie shareholders, and now they want NSW tax dollars as well???? I don't think so!!!

Time for a change of NSW government, and a replacement of Duncan Gay if this is an example of the way they are planning on running the state, and the attitude they take to spending our $5bn...

I note: "The contract with Leighton, Dragados and Samsung has not yet been signed" hopefully some of the more adult members of the Baird government can bring this renegade minister under control before this progresses any further.
