Why would SDL release announcements to the Market and the ASX that were not FACTUAL....

I am only speculating but SDL might be working with Hanlong and Hanlongs masters, the state owned banks with respect to Hanlongs share ownership and interest......As far as negotiating funding, nothing should be off the table...as long as it adds value for existing shareholders....
