Manassa, I would like to know, how Investorfirst has come to the conclusion, that it's possible for Jin to secure agency rights in WA or Qld within
the next 12 month.
In WA LotteryWest has an agreement with Intralot until 2016.
Intralot, a global player in the Lottery business is a direct competitor with JIN for the lucrative American market.

The QLD government handed their lottery operations (Golden Casket) over to Tatts in 2007 for 530 mill.
As far as I know Jin is not allowed, to offer Lottery products to Qld residents. (Please correct me, If I'm wrong)
Although I'm not familiar with the terms of these agreements, I find it hard to believe, that there could be any changes in the foreseeable future.
