This is interesting, it's like they've declared those projects done and dusted in the article but I doubt it's based on any actual authority outside of the author's interpretation. Will be interesting to see how, if at all TOE and Cameco follow up. Ironically the fact that Cameco alongside Toro has let their substantial commencement slide gives me more confidence than anything else - I wouldn't bank on the diligence of Toro's management for anything, but if Cameco is comfortable they can let it slide and go for extension later then, perhaps not all is lost...
