Interesting post, I not sure STO would be restricting production unless they do not have enough surface processing capacity.

If I was STO you would produce as quickly as possible to drain the oil out from ITC acreage, basically the law of capture.

The time period is correct as both Charo 2 and 3 are still confidential wells
