I thought I would start a thread for the WA assets.
One of the geologists out with the WA testing team posted an update on LPI's linkedin page.
Soil sampling doesn't get any better. The variety of ground I am able to explore is simply incredible. From the Kalgoorlie and Coolgardie steppes and salt lakes, to the lush and forested hills and valleys of the South-West.During the last few months, while soil sampling, I was able to map some "known" geology of the Kalgoorlie terrane, with some neat specimen from the volcano-sedimentary sequence of the Black Flag Group and underlying mafic-ultramafic, all intruded by my good old friends dolerites. On the other hand, on the last sampling expedition near Greenbushes, where the stratigraphic context is not always as straight forward, there was an outcrop-galore, with various occurrences of pegmatites with beautiful tourmaline crystals. It has been very busy, but productive and rewarding during the last few months planning, emplacing and interpreting soil sampling programs. And I could not ask for a better team to learn from at Western Lithium Ltd, with the invaluable help of the tireless field assistants from XM Logistics. And the Australian nature always finds a way to entertain as well, whether it is with amazing outcrops, breathtaking sceneries, or curious encounters.
Surely there could be an update soon making WL have a dollar of value ? Could be the multiplier that we have always wanted.
