Hi,
just to clarify, the only thing that has "changed" is that Codelco and Enami are having conversations with SQM and ALB for the Salar de Atacama and potentially LPI (for Stg 2) in Maricunga. This is to allow the State to somehow enter the Li industry, on top of taxes and royalty applied to every Li project.

The new policy has not being approved yet and IMO it won't be approved as it is.

That said, our Stg 1 will not be affected by the new Policy (if approved), we own the land and the mining rights.
