I can't speak for 'Mr Market', but it is human nature that the SP goes to or below the SPP mark (again, read Jukes from the last capital raising), plus nervousness about capital reserves vs. cash burn / needing funding (going to shareholders to replace the Chinese funding) / a DOWn DOW that keeps going DOWn etc. etc. etc.
Plenty of reasons for it ... take your pick.
In regards to my opinion on funding, I posted a reply to Decan whilst you were sending a post to me, so that kind of answers where / how I think it will play out. Hopefully I'll be right and not the doomsayers (in this market there are plenty of reasons to argue for the negative, can't say I blame them). Whilst I'm confident, it's fingers-crossed time.
